Mark! Yep, I've been missing the worship confessionals and other postings. Hopefully you've just been gone becuase God is keeping you busy!!
However, if your are back can I make a request for a post? I'm a worship leader who has recently gone on staff at a small church without a "contemporary" service. My job is to put together all of the neccessary pieces for a new service that will start in the fall. I saw on your churches website that you recently went through Auditions for team members and would love to hear how you go about that and how it went for you.

Nope -- we were singing along with you just this weekend. Took Sevenfold along with us on a youth retreat. It's like you were never gone. :-)
